A vow renewal follows the price of the package that fits your ceremony and includes a custom Renewal of Vows certificate. There is no separate fixed sixth price.

Fees & extra time
Base prices are a starting point. Some fees apply automatically; others are optional. Confirm the full arrangements with The Loft before making an appointment.
Day & time
Weekends and holidays
Weekend pricing begins after 3pm Friday and applies all day Saturday and Sunday. The venue also applies this fee on certain holidays; confirm your date.
Weekends after 6pm
In addition to the $120 weekend charge.
Before or after hours
Published weekday terms: Monday–Thursday after 3:30pm, $60; after 6pm, $120. Confirm timing and any applicable charge with the venue.
Extra time
Per 20-minute block, subject to schedule availability. Late arrival can incur extra time charges.
Late-arrival rescheduling
If a ceremony cannot start within a reasonable time, it may be rescheduled. Rates for the new start time then apply.
People & preparation
Provided witness
The witness needs to be over 18 with valid ID. Provision and ceremony scheduling depend on witness availability.
Spanish ceremony
The venue describes a read-in-Spanish ceremony: smaller ceremonies in Spanish, or selected parts of larger ceremonies. Discuss the scope with the officiant.
Additional speaker
For an additional reading, speech, poem, prayer or blessing in the ceremony.
Bridal suite before the ceremony
Up to six people including the bride, subject to availability. No food or drinks. This is preparation space, not a reception booking. Traditional includes 10 minutes before the ceremony; more time requires rental.
Copies & recording
Venue certified-copy handling
Separate from the county’s $85 marriage licence fee. The venue states recording and a copy request within two business days, mailed with tracking and signature required.
Expedited filing and recording
The venue’s published timing depends on ceremony day and time: before 1pm on a weekday, same or next business day; otherwise early the next day. Weekend recording/mailing is Monday, or Tuesday after a Monday holiday. Confirm arrangements and pickup or mailing.
Licence issued outside Washoe County
The venue mails it to the issuing Nevada county recorder within five business days, with tracking and signature required. Applies to licences from other Nevada counties.
